Kraft Azalea Garden in Winter Park, FL is quintessential old Florida: towering cypress trees, Spanish moss, lake views, and the beautiful stone Exedra monument. It has a romantic, slightly dramatic quality that works beautifully for maternity sessions, engagements, couples, and families who want their photography to feel timeless. The park is relatively small, but almost every part of it photographs well. Its tree canopy also provides plenty of shade, which can be helpful for sessions during that dreaded high noon period.

Make the most of your session:

• Book a weekday session for a quieter experience.

• Busy seasons for photos (graduations and holidays) are very busy. Do not be surprised to see multiple sessions and even a wedding taking place during your shoot time.

• Sunrise golden hour offers whiter light than evening golden hour, which provides a true golden light. Colors can be adjusted after the session, but the lighting can effect your clothing choices.

• Parking is limited. I cannot exaggerate this enough - large families should carpool if possible.
