I hear so many women say things like “once I lose a little weight” or “maybe after this season of life slows down.” And honestly, that waiting game almost always turns into years passing by without ever giving yourself the space to be seen.

If you are a mom, I want you to open your camera roll for a second. Scroll back and really look. When was the last time you had photos taken of just you? Not with your partner. Not holding your kids. Not a quick selfie in the car. Just you, intentionally photographed, without needing a reason.

And this part applies anyone: how easy is it to talk about feeling beautiful in past tense? How often do you say “I used to feel good about myself” or “back then I loved how I looked”? Or worse — where I find myself most often — “I wish I appreciated how good I looked back then.”

If you see yourself in these scenarios, I challenge you to consider book Orlando boudoir photography with me in the studio. In the safety of a beautiful professionally staged studio, we will capture your natural beauty, joy and sensuality with as much or little clothing you’d like. ;)

Boudoir is not about pretending to be someone else or trying to look like a version of yourself that no longer exists. It is about acknowledging who you are now and giving her the same care attention and respect you have given everyone else in your life.

You do not need permission to take up space in front of the camera. You do not need to earn it. Your size, your weight, your shape, your age, or the stage of life do not have to prevent you from looking and feeling your best right now. You are already worthy of being photographed as you are.
